Proglema con el SQL

Tengo 2 sitios configurados en mi drupal

cuando estoy configurando el 2do sitio luego de solicitarme los datos de la base de datos me genera este esrror y no se que solucion pueda darle

Lo primero que me pide es seleciconar el idioma ya probe hacer lo con los 3 idiomas que aparence, ingles, español y default y siempre me genera el mismo error..

y no entiendo que sucede... en cada intento e borrado la db y la he vuelto a crear para evitar algun inconveniente con duplicacion de datos..

Agradeceria cualquier ayuda ya tengo todo el dia con el problema y no se por que...
